V3 Hair Studio has been awarded such accolades as NAWBO Up and Coming Woman Business of the Year (2009), Idaho’s Brightest Star Volunteer of the Year (2010), Meridian Small Business of the Year (2013) and Best of the Treasure Valley (2018) to name a few.
They told us we could be anything we wanted. We wanted to make people feel confident, loved and beautiful. So we became hairstylists.

LET US INTRODUCE OURSELVES…
Danae
From the time she was 4 years old, Danae has had a calling to do hair. She started by clipping her brother’s hair from a humble desk in her closet to now running an award winning salon. V3 Hair Studio has been awarded such accolades as NAWBO Up and Coming Woman Business of the Year (2009), Idaho’s Brightest Star Volunteer of the Year (2010), Meridian Small Business of the Year (2013) and Best of the Treasure Valley (2018) to name a few.
Growing up, she started to learn the basics of running a ‘home salon’ by continuing to cut for the family but didn’t have the money or know how to get into school to learn hair styling. However interestingly enough, she got a scholarship to do floral design, which she said is a great source of inspiration for her even today. She got work in a flower shop but still hungered to do hair. Days after graduating high school, she got a scholarship from a school called Razzle Dazzle but still had to pay $500, however, didn’t have the money. She got the opportunity to do compete for the Cherry Festival Pageant in Emmett and won the Miss Congeniality award, which happened to be $500! This was the fortuitous start to her formal career.
In addition to hair, she is inspired by floral design and sewing influences. The vast designs of shapes, heights, textures and colors. Such visionary stylists as Phillip Wilson, Sam Villa, Patrick McIvor, Anne Mincey, and Mary Wilson have helped shape her work & life. She loves “getting the outside to match (her customer’s) insides,” to see a confident expression emerge from the visual change. She cannot live without Redken color Shades EQ and her heart extends beyond hair as she is passionate about connecting people to help one another, is an avid giver herself and has led the Beauty Night at WICON(Women Ignite International) for a few years. She was even honored for being the “Go-Giver” by the Nampa Chamber of Commerce in 2009, If you know Danae, you know she has a wanderlust that hasn’t been quenched. Malaysia, Peru, Philippines and Ecuador have been some of her favorites and her next goal is to hike the lushness of Ireland’s rolling green hills. Anything to do with sun and water is her ideal recipe for fun. She dips in hot springs when she can, hikes, paddleboards, scuba diving, camps, loves to garden, and by all means, cherishes spending every minute with her grandkids. V3 has become a place where customers become friends, where art and science mix, and hair chemistry is at its best. With over 33 years in the business, Danae has become a master artist and hair is her medium.
Lindy
Lindy brings an unrivaled energy and passion to the salon, infusing every moment with a lively spirit that lifts the entire team. With her signature Freebird shoes and infectious personality, she brightens up any room she walks into. As a mother of three, Lindy draws inspiration from the joy and creativity that comes with transforming hair. Her deep love for the craft is matched only by her love for her favorite tools, including the indispensable Kevin Murphy texture comb that she swears by for creating the perfect waves.
As the Manager of the studio team, Lindy takes great pride in helping to ensure that every client leaves feeling happy and satisfied. It's this sense of fulfillment that drives her to work tirelessly day in and day out.
Noelle
Noelle is one of our V3’s seasoned stylists, specializing in lived-in blonding, bobs to lobs, long hair and now offering boho and honey hand-tied extensions! She loves to make customers feel like they are going to a friend’s house. She has such a welcoming smile, gets joy in hearing about what’s going on in a customer’s life, hearing stories of their kids growing up, and simply being a friend while making them feel beautiful. She loves using Shimmer Shine by Kevin Murphy on clients because it restores, smooths and smells amazing! She’s been married for over 13 years, has one daughter and they love bowling and baseball. Even though she’s traveled as far off as Australia, her big dream is to visit every baseball stadium in America (especially if her favorite team, the Giants, are there!)
Victor
Victor is unique among hair stylists, his artistry is unmatched. His passion for his craft is evident in every detail of his haircuts, which are truly masterpieces. Victor has an innate ability to listen to his clients and understand their unique needs, ensuring that every person who sits in his chair leaves feeling satisfied and confident. Having spent a lifetime as an entrepreneur, business coach, and health enthusiast, Victor has developed a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life. His clients come to him not only for his technical expertise, but also for the conversations they share during their appointments. Victor's talent for eyebrow shaping has garnered him a large following. He has an eye for the intricate balance of symmetry and face shape, and his perfectly sculpted brows are a testament to his exceptional attention to detail. His unparalleled mastery of his craft and his ability to connect with clients on a deeper level truly set him apart.

Toni
When a client walks in with their head and shoulders down, Toni aspires to see them walk out confident, standing tall with a smile on their face and feeling good. Toni’s kind heart and peaceful demeanor makes you feel you are in loving care, especially when she makes your highlights pop and hair feel glorious with Kevin Murphy’s Shimmer Shine. She could never live without her hair straightener and to decompress, a perfect night of rest may look like nestling in with a movie & popcorn with her youngest daughter and or catching up with her older daughter. She is a research junkie, has a huge heart for kids and is training to be a better Children and Family Rights advocate. Another huge passion of hers is travel. She loves NYC but longs to go everywhere, like Israel, Tibet, Brazil, Ireland and Scotland to name a few!
Nicole
When you meet Nicole, it’s like coming out of a dark room and being greeted by a ray of sunshine! You are welcomed by her extraordinary warmth and witness her hard work ethic in action as she seeks to fill any need to help the team. Her heart is as big as her smile! Inspired by her aunt, she carries on the same passion and love for hair as she does. She worked hard at for three years at V3 & a senior care center to save for hair school and is now back at V3 as a licensed stylist. She is amazingly talented with hair, is everyone’s best friend, best sister, best helper - she’s indispensable! The whole team agrees that everyday Nicole is there is their favorite day!
Lexi
Lexi is always ready to bring you in with a bright smile and positive attitude! She is on the ball and keeps things running smooth at V3. She met Danae as a client at age 7 and started working with her at age 15, to save and attend cosmetology school. She is highly artistic, has a passion for working with vivid colors & creating new, fun styles for clients! She gets joy from seeing how a color and haircut can affect a customer’s outlook of themselves. Caring is a natural characteristic of Lexi and she loves to see people leave with a smile.
